    Having tried the strawberry version and liking it, I decided to also try this flavour as just having one flavour got boring. I find this a convenient format to use and this and the chocolate flavour taste rather nice. The tubs come with a scoop that measures it out for you and I place it in my shaker cup after pouring my milk in.     Both my husband and I enjoyed the taste of this protein powder (although we think it tastes like bourbon biscuits rather than chocolate) and found it kept us full for a good length of time when drunk in place as breakfast. With 350 kcals in one serving with semi skimmed milk it isn’t much different to a normal breakfast for me so might not do much as a meal replacement if trying to diet.     Not good. I have tried this almost as a protein shake using just water and also as a meal replacement using milk. I really hated the taste and consistency, whatever I mixed it will and did not feel happy or comfortable with the nutritional content. I know it’s meant to be a meal replacement and designed to help you lose weight, but even with milk, the nutritional content seems so low.
