Not a book for retirees
You deserve this! I hate diets. Have tried every kind. This is NOT your same old diet! This is just healthy living. The recipes are amazingâlike being in an upscale restaurant. Great instructions too. I never liked tofu, and hesitated to try the green bean tofu stir fry. Who knew the secret to delicious tofu was getting out all the water first!!!
